We strongly believe that maintaining healthy communication with every member of our league is what keeps our bond strong and makes the overall experience 1000x more enjoyable for everyone involved. We understand and respect that everyone has a personal life outside of roleplay, whether it be work, school, family, or other responsibilities, and we make your priorities our priorities. That is one of the main reasons why REVENGE does not operate like a typical weekly roleplay company. Instead of demanding constant activity every single week, all major shows, premium live events, and special events will always take place on the weekends, with shows occurring every 4 to 6 weeks depending on everyone’s schedules and availability. However, while we are a laid back and understanding company, that does not mean anyone should become too comfortable or inactive. REVENGE is a writing based company where creativity, effort, and descriptive responses are extremely important. Activity matters, not just during shows, but also in supporting the company, interacting with fellow members, and helping build excitement when events are approaching. If you are not active, do not communicate, refuse to support or hype up your fellow coworkers, or simply plan to disappear without contributing, then please do not waste our time or the company’s time by joining. Respect within the company is mandatory at all times. If a superstar or character is already taken within REVENGE, such as Seth Rollins for example, then that character cannot be used by another member. Members may only join as available characters that are not currently claimed. In addition, members are expected to respect all group chats and company spaces. Do not leave any group chats without informing the owner beforehand, and do not leave simply because the chat becomes temporarily inactive, as periods of inactivity can happen from time to time. There will be moments where chats slow down due to real life schedules, and that is completely normal. Lastly, do not add anyone into company group chats without receiving approval directly from the owner first. Our goal is to create a fun, creative, drama free, and immersive environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and excited to participate, and we expect all members to help maintain that standard.
